Video Marketing is no doubt one of the most powerful ways of getting quality traffic for free. If you are not including Video Marketing with your Internet Marketing, you are missing a lot of free traffic you could be getting.Here is a list of all Video Submission sites I am aware of. Once you have a video to submit, go to each site and submit your video with the right keywords.

Nice blog. I shoot marketing videos in Florida. What I have noticed is YouTube, Daily Motion, and Vimeo have great quality for videos. With Metacafe and Yahoo the quality is not that good. Also let people know Flickr is not only photos, you can add videos, plus have a URL link in the description box. Any business with a website is crazy not to have a marketing video. Like you said the free exposure is worth gold. Plus others can imbed a video and add it to many other sites. More free exposure. Great info. All the best.
